If we're behind on our mortgage payments, can we still refinance our mortgage?

We are behind, and are trying to modify through the fed.making home affordable program. But if this does not get approved, can we refinace, to save our home, or we now a bad risk, because of our behind payments? M.T.

In the posting it says 3 bedrooms, but in the description it says 2 bedrooms. Which one is it? Please let me know!

Hi, I have only been able to access my city for real estate values. The site is not letting me check out of the area. Is there a change in the Zillow format or am I not doing something correctly? Checking out of the area is really a great feature I hope it is still available.Thank You

Allowing Others to Ad Information to a Realtor Listed Property

I think it is a mistake to allow others to ad information to a property that is listed by a Real Estate Office. We are liable for the marketing of a property, even it's photos. I have listings that have photos on some of my listings that claim the owner has posted and I know for a fact that they did not post the photos. The Zillow web site does not allow me, the listing agent to remove those photos or even the listing from the site. I strongly object to this. I have not posted any of my listings on Zillow for this fact... they uplink (or down link) from other sites that I do post my listing on... I am contacting all of these sites and asking how I can keep my listing from posting to Zillow.
