Entering your own content on this site is very frustrating. One of my listings is showing very old photos that I did not post - it makes my listing look bad. Two others show incorrect photos of the front of the house but when I go into my account it looks correct.
This site is really making my listings look bad and while I'm handy with uploads, etc. nothing I do can correct any of these problems. Very frustrating. HELP.

Why is my home the only home in my neighborhood with a falling value?

Its seems that over the past 3 months my home was the slowest riser in price and in the past 30 days the value has gone down. For comparison the same exact house that is behind mine shows a 30 day increase of 4k. Some homes on my block have experienced a rise as much as 11k. This does not make sense.

Too bad, that pool was installed in 1969 with wood walls. One of a kind. Home is priced too high.
