There are several others that don't seem to be "Fair Market Value" or "Arms Length Sales Between Unrelated Buyers". They skew the data downward. Your analyists need to go back to real estate finance 101. Here is the situation: 92 Goldeneye Dr. was valued by you in Dec. 07 @ 5. M.On March 08 you revalued it to 3.1 M. That is a reduction of $<a rel="nofollow" href="http://2.3M.As">2.3M.As</a> I am comparing this inadequate reduction to my next door neighbors it appears to me that there are flaws in your analyses. For example: you had 93 Goldeneye Dr. valued in Dec. 07 at 4.1 M and Mar.08 you have it valued at 4.0 M. 107 Goldeneye Dr., you valued it in Dec. 07 at 4.2M and in March 08 you increased it to 4.4 M. Your analists have not even looked at the size configuration and location of our house versus the others. (Refer to the ariel view of 92 Goldeneye versus 93 and 107.) For your further information, 91 Goldeneye Dr. only a homesite, occupying 0.9 acres just went on the market for $1.7 M. You need to go back to the drawing board. Since our lot covers 1.133 acres, it is larger than the other 3 from 20 % to 50% in size. Please reevaluate the estimates on 92 Goldeneye Dr and confirm back in writing. If Zillo wishes to be the guru of real estate evaluations, they would have to revaluate my residence, otherwise people will lose confidence in your methodology. If you do not spot your mistake, I would like to receive your detailed criteria justifying such unreasonable increase.
