How do I find WHY a sudden increase in "Zestimate"? Two in the last 45 days, but I can't find WHY.

4bdrm 3 bath split entry, patio, .25 acre yard fenced double gate, hard wood floors upstairs and entry way, extra wide stair case, 3 car heated garage, room for fourth stall expansion, central air, solid poured foundation, new roof and siding fall of 2007, dishwasher, stove, fridge, mircrowave, modern paint colors, nice size laundry area washer and dryer included and lots of storage plus crawl space. sprinkler system. not sure whatelse would help.

When my home has sold, how do I change its status to sold or no longer for sale?

I tried editing my listing that is no longer for sale, but I am unable to edit that it is no longer for sale. When I try to edit the status, I get a message saying that there were errors with my submission. What can I do to get this home off of the web site?

The location of the home shown on the map is wrong. The house is located on the right of Irvine Way at the intersection of the Irvine Way&Irvine Trl. The home value is not correctly estimated. Please make necessary changes.

Zillow has my home listed at a wrong location. The address is 18600 Irvine Way, Lakeville, MN 55044.

The correct location is West of Irvine Way and South of Irvine Trl (Corner lot). Also, my house value is not reflecting the correct value comapred to the other homes in the neiborhood. Details of home have been updated. Please correct the location and zestimate ASAP. Thanks.

Can I negotiate the rate of my realtor? Do you think it is best to go with a bigger realty company?

I have bids from 2 realtors on my property. One is a bigger real estate company that will get 20 realtors to do a walk thru next week, which I think is great. She said she cant negotiate the rate, thats all of her company. Is this true?? The other is a lot smaller company but he sounds more enthusiastic about selling my house. They both are about the same rate and what they think my home would sell for.. just not sure what to do.

Tennis Court in Neighbors Backyard

Dear Owners,

Noticed that a neighbor behind you has a tennis court in the backyard. How often is it used, what time of day, and has it bothered you in anyway during your ownership of the home? We recently looked at your home and are interested in it but did not realize a tennis court was right behind it. Appreciate your comments.
