This is a vibrant development with many occupied homes that have been in existence 2-3 years yet your aerial maps show mostly bare ground and when the addresses are input, there is nothing found. The builder also has several spec homes which appear on Realtor.com. Sure wish I could get further info from you! The development is Cobblestone Farms in 29072.
