My home is at 18877 Wayne Road and making a comparison of value vs square footage, the nearby homes are lower than mine. Around 95% of them! My value divided by square footage comes to $156.00 dollars per foot. My home is the second smallest on Wayne Road and yet my square foot taxation estimate of far above most others. WHY? Am I being overtaxed compared to other nearby homes?

I went to zillow to find my house and they have it wrong. They have my address on my neighbor's house. how does one tell zillow that they have the wrong house?

She bought a home before we got married. Long story short it is forclosed at this point. So here we are trying to get into a new home and because of her forclosure i cannot use her income to help in getting a larger loan amount. What kills me is the fact that SHE IS STILL WORKING!!!!! Just because she has a low credit score now and a forclosure doesnt mean she isnt working and bringing in a substancial amount of our "household" (hahaha household when you cant even use one persons income) income stilll.

If I am upside down on my mortgage can I qualify for a new mortgage?

I want to move into a larger house and am saving for a 20% down but now I am upside down on existing mortgage. Can I roll the deficit into the new mortgage or should I pay the deficit and put down less than 20% for the new mortgage?
