The property is listed at 52000.. a roof is needed, all four ceiling will have to be replaced due to leakage, hard wood floor is soft, and the backyard has water sitting donot know if sewage is working or not.

I was told a lot of repairs was made on the house come to find noneof what i was told ws not true. floor and wall has holes in ,air and heat don't half work. holes all in front and back yard back door has a hole at botton house leaks when rain l have to pay $422.46 a month instead of $191.00 amonth as you say i should be paying. how do i get my payments reductd to the $191.00 a month as yo have quated for me to pay.

I own 2 houses currently occupied by renters through June 2010. Due to the current economic pains for investors, I think focusing the marketing to Primary buyers is the best move. Any advice on how to best do this while tenant occupied?
