The properties ON the Colorado river are much higher priced than those off of the river, just as beach front is more expensive than not on the beach. Your Zestimates do not reflect the differences in location and with so many people using your website they are not getting even a rough estimate of what the listing/selling price should be.
I love using your site but the Zestimates should be at least close to correct.

I am trying to figure living expenses... electric utility etc cost comparison from california to arizona I am 100% disabled vet so these benefits vary from state to state? is electric cheaper in arizona? thnx john email stickstock@earthlink.net
