I am the owner of 16 Forest Road, Wayne, PA 19087. The information that you have listed is incorrect. We have an appraisal done as of February 2009 with the correct number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage.

1179 Lafayette Rd, Wayne, PA 19087 is listed with the correct sale date of 7/07/09 but wrong price. The sale price was $785,000.

This house lingered on the market at $350k. Per zillow, it sold on 4/29/09 for $345k. Now it's back on the market for $25k more. What's the reason for the higher price? Have there been improvements? The pictures look similar to the ones posted when the house was previously on the market.

The edited seller information states that the house is on 2,570,040 sq ft / 59.00 acres? True?

Hi, I want to look at a home that appears to be a nice looking, five bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home in a nice neighborhood - but it has a well. I've heard mixed reports on well water and that if the well needs to be repaired it could cost as much as $60K so I am a little nervous about putting in an offer on a home that has a well. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
