I live at 2119 Voorhees Ave-Unit B (aka: #2). Estimated value shown seems way off and way too high?

When I look at the comparables, even in my own complex, the current listed Zillow estimated value seems way off and way too high for the current market values. I paid $525,000 in May 2005 and, based on all signs, am upside down. So the value shown must be way wrong. Can you kindly doublecheck and see if it makes sense? Thanks!

Why is this zestimate $25K less than a lesser property at 1718 Stanford when 1738 Goodman is newer?

These properties are within 1/2 a block of each other. Also, 1718 Stanford just sold 9/4/2009 for $839,000. Why does this not reflect in zestimate for 1738 Goodman

1718 Stanford Avenue just sold for $839,000.

The Zestimate for this property is $807,000, updated 9/04/2009. It was built in 2005 with 1786 square feet. I don't understand why the Zestimate for 1738 Goodman is $777,000. Goodman is newer, larger, and better located.

The email I registered is my personal email that I don't want to use. But was forced to because I couldn't open an account using my preferred email. I do not recall registering in Zillow before. The only time that I signed up for Zillow was since 4/07. Please advise. Thanks!
