but feel like we shouldn't bother looking at it because it's overpriced for what's in the area. It's no bigger than the other units estimated at more than $25k less. We would be much more interested if it were priced right.

How much is HOA?

I've seen listings where they say it's low but it's close to $300. This is an important factor since it will be a monthly expense. Also, when was the last HOA assessment, how much was it and what was it for?

I have 10% down. I will get another 10% in next 10 to 12 months. What is the best loan I can get. I was told that once I go with 90-10 mortgage and pay 10% more in next 8 - 10 months, I will still have to pay PMI for next few years, even though I will be at 80-20.

In my situation, what is the best way to go? Can I get 10% loan from 2nd bank and pay that of in a year? Can I use my credit card to pay 10%, to make it 80-20? I am trying to avoid PMI.
