I live in Springfeild Ohio and there are alot of forclosures.The do not say much in the paper other then the address of the property.Is there a way to find an mls number for these prperties so you can get more information?Thanks for your help in advance.

I added more features that zillow did not have which should have increased the value. Why did the value drop today? It was 71000.

You have my home as sold in 2005 for $97,500. We have lived here since 1975. The sale you list is for my NEIGHBORS HOUSE at 1523 Pythian, not our house. Please update your information as it will help with the value of our property which is much larger than my neighbors.

Three bed rooms each side. One bath each side. eat-in kitchen each side. New carpet one side. New cabinets one side. New roof (last year) entire building.
I am planning on doing some upgrades to this home; therefore, this price will increase accordingly.

i also know it has two bedrooms on each level,plus one full bath on each level and seven large rooms on each floor plus fireplaces,lot of oak wood flooring, full size attic, and full size basement plus front and back upper balcoly with detach two car garage.
