The home directly below me was listed for 3,600,000 and it sold for 3,800,000 recently. It is only 3500 Sq feet and the owner is in the process of tearing it down and building a new 4100 sq ft home. The address is 1915 StraitsView Dr. Seller was Michael and Amy Tyler. Buyer is Robert Bousher and his wife. This happened in Oct of 2008. There are others in my neighborhood as well. I can assure you that my home is worth a minimum of 5,000,000 in today's depressed market.

I have tried many times to get this listing to show for sale by owner. our former agent, toni abruzzo has tried to remove her info from the listing, each time, only temporarily successful. I have uploaded new photos and they have been removed without my permission. Please return my photos and stop this unauthorized website from changing my listing.

You show a totally wrong last sale info in 6/2000 as $901,290 for 15 Seafirth Place in Tiburon, CA 94920. Actually it was $2,500,000. Of course, this impacts your current numbers

Zesstimate

The Zesstimates for homes I own and have checked through Zillow are so far off base in valuation as to defy logic. The house next door to me is half the size of ours; sold for $1.1 years ago after ours had been appraised (in 2002) at $1.9MM.
Your estimate on our 135 Stewart Drive, Tiburon, CA home is $1.571MM and is easily $450K below the market, especially given the size house; lot; re-model; amenities - pool/sauna among other factors. PLEASE explain why anyone should take Zillow seriously?

I entered one of my 4 homes into your search window and updated the posting with a great deal of specifics, BUT for some crazy reason my primary home at 135 Stewart Drive, Tiburon, CA came up 165 Stewart. HOW do I/you change this to accurately reflect my home, not someone else's? Particuarly since you have my credit card number that would show the correct address is 135 Stewart Drive, Tiburon!

Is this home registered on MLS (I haven't been able to find it on Clean Offer)? I am looking to buy in Tiburon and would be interested in the seeing the home.
