I am trying to find names of affluent neighborhoods in West Bloomfield or Birmingham areas?

I am trying to find neighborhood names in either West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills or Birmingham area that have between 200-1000 homes and and cost $500,000 and up.

How can you ask so much when there are houses that have sold around you for as low as $220,000.00?

This has happened just this year. One for $220,000.00 and another for around $280,000.00. These houses are going to go much lower.

posting a home with incomplete information and forcing prospective buyers to do extra work is a great way to make shure that the people who are looking for homes walk right on by. if the owner of this home reads this message, i hope that you cast off this realtor and get one less worried about making their phone ring so that they can snag a new client and more worried about making your home appear worth a second look. this means posting photos of the home and a good explanatory.

$280,000.00 just this year. These homes are falling fast. They are not worth it. Not at the asking price or any price close to it.

280.000 at the begging of this year. All these houses are way over priced. If you rent one get a cheap price per month because there value has dropped.
