How do I remove a listing

I have duplicate listing that I need to remove. It is a condo and was first entered in the main condo development address and then again on the unit number address.

Inspection contingency in a pre-sale home?

Is it common to have inspection contingency waived off in a pre-sale home? Our builder addendum states that even though we have the right to a third-party inspection, any issues found during inspection do not allow us to walk out of the deal without losing our earnest money. We have been advised by our agent and the builder that it is a standard practice for pre-sale homes. Can somebody throw some light on this?

I wonder why it is so difficult to contact someone in Zillow ?
They publish false date and infomation on homes that need to be corrected.

Bellevue waterfront home sales, Nov 2009

There were a couple of significant waterfront sales of Bellevue homes during November.

The first was in Newport Shores, on the South end of Bellevue. The canals in this neighborhood create many homes with waterfront access. A home on Crescent Key sold for $1.35 million after being on the market for about 6 months. This 3 bed, 2.25 bath home is large at 3300 sq ft, and was built in the early 1970s.

A second waterfront home was sold on Meydenbauer Bay, just off downtown Bellevue. This house was on the market for over a year, and came to a final sale price of $2.3 million. The home has 3 beds, 2 baths, 3100 sq ft, and was also built in the early 1970s. The Lake Washington waterfront is 60 feet of shoreline, and there is a dock on the protected water of the bay.

Buying my first home: Do I need to hire a lawyer to be present at the time of closing?

this site suggests that i should get a lawyer to represent me at the time of closing. Is there any advantage in doing this? If so how do i find a lawyer and how much do i need to pay & is this considered as part of closing cost .

Does Zestimate Knows What the True Value ?

My assumption is that Zillow is very irresponsible with their 'zestimate'. How can a home bought in 2005 for $265,000 and the owner completely retroffit the house at cost of more then $200K be worth and zestimate at $539,000 ? Real estate is a very personal matter, one that needs a personal insight into the market.

Offer negotitations for pre-sale home

I am planning to make an offer for a pre-sale home in Lakemont Place Community in SE Bellevue. The one house with same floor plan( but was finished) was sold 30 days back. It was listed at 709k but was sold at 680k with 15k closing costs and 30k of upgrades. That house was on a greenbelt lot but I am going to buy a non-greenbelt lot and so have been quoted a price of 660k by the listing agent. I am planning to make an offer for 630k on the house with 20k of closing costs and 40k of upgrades. My agent wants me to make an offer for the listing price(660k) but I want to leave some room for negotiation on that front. Can somebody let me know if it seems like a good offer to start negotiations.

I need Zillow to remove its estimate from my home as it is inaccurate.

It is a newer (by 20+ yrs) , larger house than houses that have sold @25% more, just down the road. Even the assessed value of the house is higher, which is usually lower.

Seems your estimate is based on the data of the old house which had different spec, however the house was rebuilt from basement up 2 yrs ago and I don't believe you are including the current specs.

I will take legal action if Zillow and the agent does not respond within 24 hours.

We have our own listing agent and the list already expired.
