conflicting Zestimates for 851 Ella Fitzgerald Ct.

on the aerial view the Zestimate is $280,500 and in the home info. it's $303,000. It should be at least as much as the house at 760 Pearl Baily Ct. which is $306,000 because it is the same but the lot is slightly larger.

The correct square footage (2,150) was edited down to just 1 sqft, which may be impacting Zillow estimates for other comparable properties.

Editing Status

I am trying to edit the status of our home which is to change it to no longer for sale. When selecting this option in the dropdown window, I have the options to create an account or cancel to make the change, and the screen takes me back to the screen and states that I have to complete items in red, which there are none, to continue.

Great area & a wonderful floor plan!!

I represented my daughter & son in law on a house with this same floor plan on Kristine Way about 1 yr and a half ago. I have to say this is a great location. Also, this particular floor plan is one of my favorites. The nice big kitchen with the lower level family room sure works great for a family with little ones. Nice big living areas. This floorplan also lends itself well to entertaining as it has a great flow.

Were will you move if you get your price?
