My average credit score from 3 agencies is 711. I have been dealing so far with just one LO from local Michigan <a href="http://www.zillow.com/directory/lenders/">lender</a>. My closing is on August 28. I called today, the options for 30 year <a href="http://www.zillow.com/fha-loan/">FHA</a> are: <br/>&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.5%&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.375% + 0.8pt&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.25% + 1.375pt&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.00% + 2pts<br/>My questions are:<br/>&nbsp; - Are these reasonable (decent) offers? Should I lock? Wait?<br/>&nbsp; - Should I try to get a quote from bigger companies, like WellsFargo? I am asking because WF site for example shows 5.5% for 30 year FHA. I would prefer to not waste my time filling all paperwork to basically get same 5.5% result at the end.
