If you are thinking about doing a mortgage, it may very well be time to act. Interest rates went down Monday, Tuesday, and yesterday to excellent levels. With rates at these levels, submissions will increase pushing lender's pipelines out and when that happens, you will have to lock for 45-60 days instead of 30 which will offset some of the benefit. In addition to more submissions the holidays will also affect the closing window as some Underwriters and staff people will be taking vacation/holiday time and will increase turn times. Even if you think rates will go down lower from yesterday, you should still act now and submit your file while floating the rate. That way you can get in the pipeline now, get approved, and possibly lock on a 15, 10, or 7 day lock which is even better. If the market reverses you will already be in process and lock the rate before the damage is done. Personally I would recommend to any client to lock it now and submit asap.

I need to speak to someone there! I have requested on several occasions that you have incorrect info on my home and this is effecting me adversely. If you do not respond than I will report to better business bureau.
The error is that you have posted my home sold last July for 107,000. This is NOT ACCURATE. I wasn't for sale or didn't sell, i am living in it! This looks a like a foreclosure!!!
