Ways to lower my interest rate

Ihave a 30 yr fixed conventional mortgage at 6,89% I have asked Citi mortgage to do a streamline refi for rate ony. But they have refused. One big issue is that I owe $285,000.00 on my home and last March 2008 it appraised at $355,000.00 now the apprasails barely come back at $238,000.00. Does anyone know anyway that I can get a lower rate so I can put more money onto the principal?

Why is my house incorrectly listed as being sold when it has not?

3387 Burgundy Circle, Avon OH 44011 has not recently been sold. I own this house and it is not for sale. I verified with the agent listed that he had sold another home. Lorain County's web site lists correct house, not this one.Â
Please remove the recently sold information on this property to maintain the credibility of this web-site.

Why Can't I delete listings?

I have a listing that is no longer active. When I try to delete it I can't. It's not my listing anymore.
