My home has two entries, one from the seller. How can the extra entry from the seller (not the Zillow entry) be removed?

Our Zillow Estimate is 150K-200K lower than the same adjoining condos. You are comparing our new unit to another much older unit that is 1000 sq ft smaller. We can provide addresses and unit #'s Please advise.

Your report says the value of our house went up around $14,000. That does not compute correctly as the graph shows the value of our house going from $400,000 to $685,000. That is not possible!

Zillow zestimates are way off for this neighborhood. This house just sold for 169,900.

The schools you have listed for our home are wrong. Is it possible to get that corrected.

The subdivision of Weston Hills goes to Brookfield Schools, not Waukesha or New Berlin Schools.

Grade School: Swanson Elementary
Middle School: Wisconsin HIlls Middle School
High School: Brookfield Central H.S.

The assessed value listed is twice what the assessor shows. Looks like both the assessed value and the subtotal were picked up, doubling the amount.
