Where is 312 Glenmore St. in your bird eye's overview?

Some 10 years ago I visited a Family Pieters, living at 312 Glenmore St. Just out of curiosity (because I liked the bay area very much) I browsed your site (my compliments for the lay-out of your site) but could not find that particular address. The other thing I didn't understand was the meaning of all the figures attached to the different houses. $152K in the case of 312 Glenmore St. I myself live in the Netherlands but I am very curious about the progress of this area.

Need help in estimating Wind, Flood Insurance rates for Corpus Christi on SF home.

Looking to buy by the end of 2009 in Corpus. Would like to settle on Padre/Flour Bluff, but not sure I can afford Flood and Wind insurance. Have checked out FEMA page and TWIA page. On one Padre house ($140K), I have figured flood to be a minimum of $125/mo (no discounts)and wind to be @ $100/mo. These figures on top of property taxes and homeowners insurance would probably knock me out of the finance range I am comfortable with.
I have dreamed of retiring on the coast and just got a transfer to CC. I would love to be able to afford to live on the Islands...

Does anyone have an easier formula for estimating these insurance costs?

OF COURSE, HE PLANS ON GETTING ONE AS SOON AS HE CAN...BUT WE WOULD LIKE TO BUY AS SOON AS WE CAN. WE SHOULD HAVE @$50k DOWN FROM THE SALE OF OUR CURRENT HOME. HOW DO BANKS HANDLE THIS I.E. IF HE IS NOT EMPLOYED WHEN WE GO FOR PRE-APPROVAL?

Should I take back over my house after a divorce?

I just went through a divorce and in the settlement my wife ended up receiving our primary home. Our relationship has improved greatly since the divorce and now she wants to move. My end of the settlement was that she was to pay me $25,000 in cash + other items. Now she wants to leave the area for a job and is willing to give me back the house. Here is the basic stats:

1790 SQFT home, new in 2005. Zestimate is $205,000 and I was told by local real estate agents it would sell easily for $190,000. She wants to sell it to me for $180,000. However, here is the tougher choice. She has not refinanced the house yet into her name. The loan is already in my name and we now owe $155,000 on the house. Basically I would take over payments on my loan and she would not pay me the $25,000 cash. I figure I could probably refinance the loan to around 5%, currently at 5.5%. I am quite confident I could rent for a little cheaper and not have to worry about maintenance. I love the house and I expect to probably be here for the next 3-5 years max.

What do I do? Thanks for any help.

If I am not happy with my realtor but I signed a 6 month contract how can I get out of the contract?

My house has been on the market for about 55 days and I'm not happy with the way he is marketing it. I also don't feel we have a good working relationship.
