Newly Reported Promising Housing Market Stats

Definitely related to the Homebuyer's Tax Credit, which was originally intended to expire at the end of this month. With the credit being extended (and eligibility requirements expanded), I'm curious to see if the urgency and sales figures continue to rise after the first of the year.

I do have a mobile home paid for worth approx.18,000.-23,000 for down payment/trade in or whatever you suggest.
We live on disability and it come like clockwork plus I get 200.00 per
month for back child support for over 15 years now and will until I die probably!
