This is incorrect. This home is on Dearborn Cir. in Bryant AR. A corner lot home. It was sold to a real estate broker, under true value.

Which zestimate is accurate?

I clicked on the "show comparables" link for this home. It placed the listing for my home on the left hand side of the page with a zestimate of $138,500, but when you click on the listing, it has a zestimate of $119,000. Which one is accurate?

I was just wondering how accurate your zestimates are. We bought this home in Oct. It appraised for $142,500, yet your zestimate says it's only worth $119,000. Other homes in the area have been selling for high $130's, low $140's within the past year. I know the professional appraisal is the final word, but would my home's value really drop that much in just a month? Thanks.

Home values are so far off it makes this web site a joke. Although it is kind of cool to see your house on the site, you guys should probably stay away from valuing homes until you get a clue.
