As of Oct 3rd, 2009 there are eight houses for sale in The Highwoods in Highlands Ranch.The prices range from $1,150,000 to $1,585,000. The price per sq foot ranges from $266 to $388. The days on the market range from 60 to 606 days.

A bank owned home came on the market in the Highwoods towards the end of September. It went under contract in seven days and is the only house currently under contract in the Highwoods.

Real Estate sales activity in the Highlands Ranch Golf Club subdivision has been much slower this year than in 2008. So far this year nine houses have sold in the Golf Club - last year the same number was 19! No homes sold in August 09.

In Aug 2009, 102 houses sold in Highlands Ranch CO (136 sold in Aug 2008). The average price per sq ft was $330,791 and the average days on the market was 67 days. Only 5% of the houses sold in Aug were lender owned.

The average price per square foot was $156/sq ft and has held fairly steady in the last few months.

Homes priced under $300,000 are seeing a lot of activity and multiple offers are not uncommon.

As of Sept 24th, 09 there are 545 houses for sale in Highlands Ranch, ranging from $180,000 to $1,840,000.

The final sale price $200,000.00, I can afford is $60,000. to $70,000. down. Last credit score 801 plus or minus. I currently own four homes three of which are rentals. Finally, I live in California but have family in the ranch area. Looking for 30 year fixed.
