We have a home in North Carolina and my husband got transferred to this area. In order of us to not be apart we accepted a lease to own and will be closing in May 2011 so we would like to know could or would the current home owners of this home could do the same?

Does the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace Rates Chart with National and Local rates include any points?

My mortgage lender thinks points are included in the rates shown in Zillow's charts. I want actual rates to compare before I refinance without points and I thought these were.

Why is this asking price so high? esp being in a less desirable part of the community?

This house is marked too high for what it is. House comparable to this are marked much less, and reasonable to what the house is. If it was marked at 415,000, you can probably make a sale. An adjustment to the asking price should be considered with the house sales history in that area.
