We live in Williamsburg Plantation subdivision in Jacksonville, NC. Your maps of this location are lacking a lot of details and the newer area being built. Any chance you could update the location down here? We are making it through the downturn in the economy because of the military influence in this area and because of the Base Re-Alignment and Closure (BRAC) we are getting more Marines by the day. We need to have up-to-date information from Zillow to make those real estate decisions that are so important when buying a house. Thanks for all you do and have done. Your website is incredible!

that it sits on 24+ acres when you give the value of this home? With the "Zestimate"

When you sell your house through a realestate agent, when it comes time to closing what type of percentage is going to be removed from your total selling price? Including agent/lawyer and anyone else that is due money at the time of closing??

How do I unclaim ownership of a home??

First off this website is insane. I claimed an old address of mine by accident and now have spend an hour trying to unclaim it and all zillow has to say is do this:

"If you claimed ownership of a home accidentally, recently sold your home, or you just want to release your claimed ownership to a home, you can release ownership by going to the home details page and clicking on the "... you have claimed this home" link, and then the "Release ownership of this home" link. You will then need to sign in and then you will be taken to the "Release Claimed Ownership" page where you can review the choices and select a solution that fits your situation."

That means nothing because they can't even explain how to do it properly.
