This house is one of the largets lots, has been updated....and is at least comparable to everything else in the neighborhood....please correct your figures.

The photo and aerial that you show are actually 840 Ocean Drive, a significantly inferior property. Also, some comps listed have incorrect considerations that are shown as lower than that actually paid.

Lot size/1 acre in Juno???Never

Drove by this house,was very interested to see a 1 acre lot in Juno Beach.It looks like less than 1/4 of an acre!! False advertising!!!

the ocean "view" (or not really much of one)

I went and looked at this place. The ocean "view" is very attenuated at best. You sort of have a view if you look at an angle out of the master bedroom window in between two high rises in the distance. The picture of the ocean on the MLS listing of this place is totally misleading and was NOT taken from this townhome but rather several streets closer to the water by the stairs that lead directly down to the beach. This unit is within walking distance of the ocean but is not really on the ocean per se. If you are expecting a wide open ocean view, don't waste your time looking at this townhome.
