For a whole new crop of homebuyers — $6,500 cheaper.

First-time homebuyers have been getting tax credits of up to $8,000 since January as part of the economic stimulus package enacted earlier this year. But with the program scheduled to expire at the end of November, the Senate voted Wednesday to extend and expand the tax credit to include many buyers who already own homes. The House could vote on the bill as early as Thursday.

How can I get off zillow and your estimates?

I had a realtor come out last week and give details on value of home and the $ 525,000 was the list price and thought would sell for 510,000. Larger than most homes in area and yet lowest estimate - by far. Not sure how you are zestimating - please pull off information on my home.

I own this home and lease it out. I plan to sell it soon and the information is not accurate on the number of bathrooms. This home is 4/2.5 bathrooms, not 4/2.
