Zillow is still showing the original price. It was lowered afterward and Zillow does not show the update. The description was changed too and that does not show either.

Add 4th BR or pay to stage house instead?

Hello, I am looking for opinions on whether or not we should add a 4th bedroom to our house or use that money to stage the property instead. Â We can add the 4th for a fairly minimal cost, probably about $4k total. Â Staging would be $2200. Â The home is currently vacant. Â The majority of homes in our neighborhood are 4br homes and currently ours is only a 3br.

your comps and similar homes are way off.

Yoiur website shows "similar" homes in terrible parts of town that are supposedly similar to homes in the Lakewood subdivision. That is going to hurt sellers in beautiful communities with top rated school districts. The comps we noticed are also way off. Why offer these if they are very inaccurate?

The zillow "house" is in the wrong place.I have tried 10 times to correct it but it wont stay there.

Everytime I move it....when it reloads, it shows the marker 3 houses down to the east. I want it to show the right location because I am the end unit (more separate walls and more grass space) in a townhouse. How can I get it to stay where I put it?

Home is valued 70-90k (33%) less than my immediate neighbors

When I first registered on this site, I claimed my home and filled out some of the home info. As soon as I did that, the zestimate started dropping. While my neighbors value went up. I removed the home info and waited a while to see if it would even even out, it didn't. My home is valued at 152k, while the neighbors are 242k and 222k. Home sizes are practically identical for sq ft, garage, rooms, baths, etc...

How can I correct the zestimate?
