The seller requested the closing to be moved from June 30th to July 15th. If I lock up the rate tomorrow 6th May, can it be locked up for this long?

I would like to know how you delete old outdated questions that were asked about your home that no longer pertain to it - I have many questions asked when I had it forsale a long time ago from 07/08 and I would like to get rid of those, plus I sked questions that no longer pertain too??? Does anyone know how??

Why does zillow's "30 day change" vary so drastically among three similar houses on same street?

The % change doesn't even correspond to the value of the house, or the square feet, or whatever. Â Seriously starting to question zillow's accuracy. Â It used to be better than it it. Â

It used to have a sprawling grass field that went to the river until I95 was built around 1959. the 'fish pond; has a valve north of the pond just over into the Prince Philips stockade for draining. The garage can be heated if you can afford it.

Incorrect neighborhood/town informatiion

The neighborhood data is way off base in Zillow.com. Because we are close to the hospitals and we have the best schools around, the majority of people that live here are professionals and doctors. And because of the educational reputation of Longmeadow, MA, most families have well-educated parents that strive for educational excellence which they find in Longmeadow. Please review using the zip code of our town - 01106.
