Shows 1,500 sq/ft at 3br/2ba, but public records show 1,001 sq/ft at 2br/1ba. Add-ons w/ permits??

This location allows the owner a choice of Burbank High or Burroughs High School. How fix?

It should actually list Burbank High School but as I understand one has a choice for Burbank High or Burroughs High School.

I found this condo in a great location. it's town house style with 2 floors, but one of the bedroom on the upper level the floor is higher on the door way and lower on the other corner of the room. my agent say it may be after the house is build when settling this happend. what could caused this? can I just level the floor to make it even? or is there a major problem to this?
