I guess that explains the $29K Increase in this home's value over the past month, while the rest of the neighborhood declined. Or do you expect that everyone will edit their home facts to include garages, porches, lanai's, etc? This is a very misleading practice, and makes Zillow estimates vritually useless.

Could you show some pictures of the pool and lanai?

The pool and lanai would be one of the biggest selling points in this home, especially to out of state buyers. They should really be included with all of these other pictures. Not showing it gives the impression that it may not be in good condition.
