The Zillow profile of my house is widely incorrect. Okay, slight exaggeration. How do I fix this?

Not only is the number of bedrooms incorrect in my house, but there is another house listed on my property with a zillow profile and everything. It's just not there. I know this b/c this is where my kid's playground stands and our new-ish Japanese Maple. Can someone from Zillow help me correct this problem. I think by making my lot bigger and absorbing this phantom listing into my home's listing, my zestimate would be much higher.

I have had potential buyers try to email me through Zillow and it did not go through. Anyone else?

Sometimes emails sent through Zillow make it and sometimes they don't. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

It appears that the previous owner still has claimed the home listing. How is this released so that we (as new owners) can claim the home?

You have incorrect data for 155 Beacon St, Milton, ma 02185. We are located 2 houses to the right of 141 Beacon Street, Hyde Park yet you indicate that out home is much further down the road. In addition, I believe you've overlaid a number of houses including ours) where 206 208 and 220 beacon are located. Do you have any plans to correct this? Thanks Ekelly@mgale.com
