How do I delete the photos that were obgtained from sources other than the listing agent.

How do I correct INCORRECT information

There are over 14 of our listings that have erros. Where is the information obtained from when you prepare to post properties? Photos are blurry, duplicate listings appear with incorrect addresses, etc. HELP! How can I immediately make corrections?

Undervalued Estimate

A house a few doors down just sold for $8.6 million. Our house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an office on 0.5 acres. This house does not require any remodeling. In Montecito, this house should be valued at anywhere from $3 million to $5 million. If Zillow looks at other homes with a similar number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and office, you will find that Zillow has our home substantially undervalued. For specific reasons, we were able to purchase the home well below market value so our purchase price does not accurately reflect the value of the home.

This valuation is way off, by a factor of 2 perhaps. What is going on with your valuations of Santa Barbara?

Went to the open house this weekend

I went to the open house this weekend and this is really a great house. The asking price is now $5.5M according to the flyer. There's a great sideyard and backyard, and a nice pool. Overall, a very impressive house in a fantastic part of Montecito. I wouldn't call it "a bargain" at $5.5M, but it's priced very fairly, in my opinion.
The Zestimate (at about $4M) is too low, in my opinion.
