I did not get any quotes on my loan request (ZR-RKNDCLJ). Can someone help me figure out why?

Does my loan amount need to be under 420,000 to get a loan? Is that based on FHA limits? Even if I improve my credit score, and increase my income, when my loan goes over that amount, I seem to get 0 quotes.

It been on for over a year and the price came down to as low as 599K and then all of a sudden back up to 639K and then down to 639K....weird. Looks like they didn't sell it at 599K so why the price bounce? Did they do any improvements since they put it on the market or are the owners just unstable?
