Home across street $165.00 sq ft, $153 next door condo down street $150 sq ft, home 1 street over $269.00 sq ft. average for home in my town $176.00 sq ft Zillow estimate my value is $120.00 - home is only 14 years old - new roof new paint complete new interior something is wrong with zillows estimate. How can i change to more accurately reflect value?

Cash-out Refi or Consolidation?

Hi,
I currently have a first mortgage of about $428K and a $30K HELOC that I'd like to refi into 1 super-conforming loan. This loan should fall between 85 and 90% LTV and I'm just wondering if FreddieMac considers this a 'Cash-Out' refi or if it's considered a 'No Cash-Out' refi since it's a consolidation of existing mortgages. I'd love to just keep the HELOC but it's held by NatCity and, from what I understand, they won't budge on the subordination. Whether or not this is considered cash-out will have huge implications on what we can do.

This is the weirdest thing, zillow.com: we are an ocean view - ocean front, with private beach access street, one of the most desirable roads in our town with very few sales, very little turnover. A comparable house to mine sold for $700,000 on Oak Bluff Circle in February. You are pricing mine at $422K. That does not make any sense! (62 Ellisville Road, Plymouth, MA 02360)

My husband and I have lived in our current home for over 8 months, and the old realtor who sold it to us keeps listing it with Zillow and keeps renewing it as a new listing! My husband and I suspect so he can get new buisness in our neighborhood. How can he keep doing this when we own the home and have no intention of selling!! I am also a realtor and I would like the listing permanently removed from this website.
