Looking to refi my primary residence in SC. Property is worth $700K and current loan balance is $305K. Would like to do cash out refi and take out $100-$125K?
FICO is 720, wife's FICO higher. Had been out of work and just returned to work force 3 months ago....would this be possible ??

769 Meeting St Charleston SC was sold for 450k and is listed at a value of 235k. Are they basing the values on taxes or mil rates only?

Hello, we are interested in a VA Interest Rate Reduction Loan (VA IRRL). We live in Charleston sc and would like to get some quotes...we get a bunch of advertisments in the mail but I just dont know who to trust...i do extensive research on each company but most of them are new so not much is listed. Can someone please give some good honest quotes from good honest companies. Thanks

My home has the wrong street name and the photo shows that street which has no home. Can I correct?

I live on Ashley Villa Circle but when I type this in I get Mary Ader on the map instead. The photo that comes up shows the middle of the street also of Mary Ader which is nothing. Is their a way to correct my address and also have the map find my correct location?
