why is zillow program non selective regarding the quality of the houses compared?

The following comparables decreased my property value significantly, these are run down foreclosures and a lot with no house. How is this compared with a fully remodeled family home. Your company is significantly affecting the ability to sell this property I hope that you will take some responsibility for aggravating a situation which is already bad. Dunlap Dr foreclosure price unknown 2154 Washington Ave $239K Washington Ave foreclosure price unknown 2265 Montana Ave $339k 723 Anita Ave $39k (a lot with no house on it).

condo "zestimate" is lower than the other 30units in the complex and mine is nicer with garage.Why?

My condo is the same size and layout as every other unit in the complex yet it's "zestimate" is way less than the other condos, even 20k less or so. In addition, I am the only condo that has a garage. All others just have a parking space. What is going on? Why is mine only so much lower? Please advise. Thank you!

I talked to my mortagage company, American Home Mortgage and explained to them I can't afford the new payment when it adjust next month. I got a heart attack and other health problems and can't work. The mortgage is 465,000 and a partial interest only negative amorization payment over 2k a month plus adding 350.00 a month to the principle. I ask them ifthey would lower the principle to the appraised value (appprox 235,000) my wife (who is not on the note who I recently married) Would go on the note and help make the new payment. My wife has a 790 fico score and makes 45,000 a year. I make 1800 a month on Disability. They said no. They said my wife can try and buy it at the trustee sale. There only going to get maybe the appraised value anyway, why not make the deal? No wonder the bank is in trouble.

My lender is charging me private mortgage insurances because my home went down in price.

I have been living in my home for 12 years. I have never been late on the mortgage payment. I received a notice today from my lender that the cost of ( PMI) Private mortgage insurance will be added to my house payment because the value of the home went down. I owe 465,000 on the home that is only worth 235,000. 1160 square feet. There lucky I am making the payments. I really have know reason to stay. What a world we live in today. Anyone else receive a notice like this??
