Refinance a Manufactured Home through FHA Streamline, possible?

Hey Guys,
Maybe you can help me. I am at 6.25% on a FHA Loan. Current Princ is 174000. I want to refinance down using the FHA Streamline but have a Manufactured home. I get all these offers, have never missed a payment yet as soon as I mention "Manufactured Home" it's a no go. Does anyone know where I can go? If I can't streamline anymore how much more is a standard FHA Refinance?

P.S. It was a refinance question but is an FHA Loan, so I didn't know which subject header to put it under. I apologize if I choose Poorly.

A crazy market. This home in NM, Sandia Heights, Albuquerque. Listed for 315,000.00. A sold sign in the yard. Now it is 340,00.0.00 and on the market all within a month. No one moved in, just a BIG price jump. Why does this happen, usually.

Why are the home values decreasing so much in the Picacho Hills area compared to other areas

It seems that this area(Picacho Hills) has seen larger then average decreases in home values then surrounding areas in Las Cruces,NM. Any thoughts?? thanx RDB

I inherited a home at 10516 Karen Ave. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87111 in January and in order to calculate the taxes due my CPA requires a home valuation based on the Jan, 2009 value. Can this info be acquired from your site? My CPA appt. is tomorrow afternoon. Thank you for your assistance.

Tis home jumped 15000.00 after a sold sign was taken away. Still for sale.

This home was 315,000.00 last month, a for sale sign with SOLD attached. After the sold was removed it went to 340,000.00, out of our price point and for sale again. How can we find out how this happened and why. So disappointed.
