Can my landlord make me pay something I already paid after lease is signed?

I have been living in my apartment for 6 months and have a 12 month lease. Just recently my landlord informed us that we never paid a $250 pet deposit and we had to pay it immediately. When I was moving in I paid everything I was told to pay by the corporate lease signer. The lease was signed by us and corporate. Are they able to now say that we didn't pay what we were supposed to even though everything is already signed and done?

Hi,

I am wondering why The Pathfinder School is not listed as a local school on Traverse City Michigan listings? Many families are attracted to Independent Schools. I would think it would be attractive to your prospective buyers to see Pathfinder listed.

realtor says high end, unique properties have not lost much value past year or so; and are nearly as likely to sell now as would have a few years ago. Is this someone hoping for a huge commission -- or being realistic about pricey homes in an area popular for retirees?

We are looking at placing a bid on a house in Traverse City, MI. The house is bank owned and is listed at $214,000. We can only get approved for $160,000 and we have $10K down. Is an offer of $160,000 too low? What are the chances the bank will take the offer compared to an individual? The home is in an upscale subdivision where all the other houses for sale are $250$-350K. Any info will help! Thanks!

your mortgage quote is calculating 30 yr fixed payments are showing as more than a 15 yr fixed - you might want to check it.
