why Can't I find the Garfield Road property listing?

There is a MLS listing for a home at 375 Garfield Road, Brunswick, NYS, the MLS # is 28124205. I CANNOT FIND IT. Zillow keeps telling me it cannot locate. I tried using Troy for the address, still no luck.

Why don't you use other waterfront homes as comparables? None listed have direct waterfront.

We were in contract to buy this property. It literally started to fall apart but the owner thinks it is gold. It needs structural work and it requires a complete gut rehab.
