My Wells Fargo Mortgage blocked me from getting a refi by adding extra fees do I have any options..

When I was looking for a refi to get a less expensive intreset rate and cancel my PMI
Wells Fargo put a other fee on my loan and would not tell me what it was and it put me in to a forclosure and I paid it about 4 years ago and have had not been able to keep current since I have equity but my credit is not that good to get a less intrest rate do I have any options..2 months behind

I pulled up my house on your web-site and I noticed the SqFt is 3769, when it should be almost 5000.

My house is located at 3016 w matterhorn dr, West Jordan UT
The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, one of the bedrooms is used as an office. The sqft of the house is how the builder built, we have not changed anything.... so i am not sure how come your have the sqft off.
