Our home was built in 1990 and is surrounded by homes built in 1975+ that are much smaller. Ours is a manufactured home and the others are mobile homes. There are also 'modular' homes in our area. This is a very unusual area and NO home is the same. Our home is known to be one of the nicest in the park. Someone definitely estimated our home incorrectly.

Our house is totally upgraded, when some are originals. But ours is valued lower on Zillow, why? Also, there is an erroneous sale price under our property, how do I correct this?

price per square footage for my home is quoted incorrectly on zillow. How can that be corrected?

The price shown per square foot is much higher than is actual. Can anyone help me to get this corrected? Also, where it should say 4" baseboards in the description, it says 4 baseboards. How can that be corrected too? Thank you.
