how do I make our home for sale by owner rather than "make me an offer"? !!

We want our house to be "For Sale" and no longer under: "Make me an offer."
How do I change this on Zillow.com?

I found my real estate listings but only my name is listed, not my picture or profile.

when I click on my name it says that my profile cannot be found. When I go to my zillow, there are no listings for my profile. I had 2 profiles at one time and thought that was cleared up. Please help me clear this up. Thanks! dhollings@cbunited.com

$6500 for move up buyers, will you take advantage of the credit?

The expansion of the home buyers tax credit has been extended and expanded until April 30, 2010 (active miltary thru endof 2010)- homeowners who have lived in thier house for 5 years and are looking to move up into a larger home can apply for $6500 tax credit. Although it falls a bit short of the $15k the industry was looking to get this is still a great incentive to buy!

Will you take advantage of the opportunity and the current buyers market? Where when and what are you looking for?

Elmwood park in Columbia SC is NOT zoned for Ridgeland correctional Institue. It is Columbia High. See reference for 912 Chester St. Columbia SC 29201. Please correct. thanks

How do you correct errors to an estimate like other smaller homes on same street valued higher?

My home which is larger, better condition and has had recent upgrades is valued less than other smaller homes on same street that are valued significantly higher. Yet none of these were used in the comps. This neighborhood was built in 1990 yet other homes in area being used as comps were built in the 1950's. How do I have zillow use better comps?

how do mortgage modification work

We are so under water on our home by almost 100k, we have never been late or missed a payment. Due to wage reduction we have contacted our bank about a modification, they sent paperwork which we submitted along with everything they asked. It's been over 6 months and they haven't replied, we sent request for updates on our paperwork still with no reply. Our credit is below 620 due to credit cards that we are paying off little by little.
We are in a no recourse state and are thinking of just walking away unless the bank agrees to modification.
If the bank does reduce the loan, is the difference added onto the loan principle?
