Official sq. ft. size of this apartment is 1196. Why is it listed as 1488 - thus misleading.

In 30 days our house value has gone down $6,500 it is now at $541,500. When will it go back up?

In 30 days our house value has gone down $6,500 it is now at $541,500
at the height of the economy around 2005-2006 it was over $700K
I am counting on having this house be worth something in the future for a safety net, but it keeps going down a few thousand dollars every month?
Should I be worried that when my folks pass on say 20-25 years from now
I won't have anything to sell?

When will the home prices start to rise again?

I don't have much of an income so would like to have the house as a future safety net.

we border the parking lot of an elementry school (top MCAS scores in the state )
in a great town, close to Boston
with commuter rail service to town
close to major highways 93-128
we have everything, we just need home prices to turn around again

will it turn around again?

why homes that are for sale, do not have all the info available? assessments, price estimate.

I noticed several homes I've been trying to get info on as a potential buyer, do not have all the data available. Do the brokers have the right to hide some of that info? ie., price estimate, assesments, et.c

Hi,
There are 4 duplicate records for my house (26-28 Westley Street Winchester MA).
Could you please leave the main record (that has an indication about being sold recently) and remove other 3 records.

I went to your open house in August and it was list over 2,200 sp ft, now it is being listed at 2,722. How can this be?

I've heard wood sidings of many units in this complex will be replaced. Is this true? Vinyl siding costs about $2 to $5 / sq ft. So maybe $10k to $15k for each unit?

my name is tim i grew up in this house age 5 to 15, originally it had 6 bedr. 4 bths 3 floors,8 ft,in depth inground pool with diving board,and on the main street in the yard it has fewer tree's with grass and pen for my dog,we had a basketball hoop in the driveway and a two car garage plus more room for motorcycles etc, with a patio towards the pool area that had a fence.it was decided to be sold in 1997 by a mr.john mercurio
public fact: it was built by mr.john b mercurio's father with help from friends
