two manufactured homes, same model, same age, two doors apart in retirement community in Pahrump, NV. One is valued at $99,500 and the other at $104,500. Both cost the same. Where DO you get the numbers to estimate the current market value?

I'm trying to refi my ARM that adjusts in 8 months. I'm unfortunately a victim of the plunging home values so am upside down. The homes value when I purchased was $270,000 but is now only worth $145,000. I'm in an interest only mortgage that has a balance of $202,800. Is there any hope.
