Duplicate entries, wrong schools

6298 SW Grand Oaks #G204 is showing multiple times (it maybe should be there 2x because I have it under condo and residential in MLS. I suspect it may have fed from multiple places and the feeds are stomping on each other, can we do some clean up.

Also, this is all Corvallis school system... no Philomath. That needs to be fixed as well.

Info on USDA-RD Loans? We need a realator that knows how to find houses that are eligible?

My Husband and I currently live and work in the Corvallis, OR area. We have been pre-approved for a USDA-RD loan the only problem is we can't seem to find any houses that are USDA eligible in our price range around where we work.

Every potential house I have found in not eligible when I put the address into the USDA website.

Then what is width of living room i.e. from fireplace to opposite wall, and from wall that's between kitchen and living, stretching to opposite wall.

I just locked a 30 year fixed loan at 4.375, with an APR of 4.697%. It costs 2.5 points, but has a short break even point, and we are planning to retire in this home. I am thrilled with the deal, but can't help but looking at the closing costs of $8,200, and almost second guessing myself.

The HOA dues are $77/month which includes front yard maintenance and access to the community clubhouse including the swimming pool and workout room. There is also an additional $12/month for the maintenance reserve fund.
