What exactly constitutes a "recent" sale? When I pull up this page to monitor my home's value (www.zillow.com/homes/map/26325-ohio-ave-ne-kingston,-wa-98346_rb/), it shows six recently sold properties - one in 2006, four in 2007, and one in April of 2008. Not exactly "recent" in my opinion!

Zillow listed my home as 1 story it is 2 story and twice the footage. How can I get a correction?

I changed my estimate, but their posting is entirely wrong. The footage is twice what they list, and it is a 2 story daylight rambler not single story.

My husband and I are moving from Phoenix, AZ, and we will be looking for homes in the Silverdale, Poulsbo, Kingston areas on October 28 & 29. We need to know before making an appointment to view your home whether or not you are willing to entertain an offer that is lower than your asking price?

Why is it the home at 24590 Granada Ct NE is priced at $396029 and this house you have priced lower

24580 Granada Ct NE - 3 Bedroom 2 full baths - WATER, MOUNTION and CITY VIEW from the home.

2490 Granada CT NE - 2 Bedroom 2.5 baths - NO NO NO NO VIEW other then from the master bedroom and that is it.

Difference - Bedroom size - 1/2 bath - sq ft and to add another question the house at 24590 Granada Ct has 3 fl and the 3rd fl down stairs has to be unfinish because of a law suit and this house only has a view from one room only and with no view from the yard. The house at 24580 Granada CT has a view from the yard kitchen dinning room one bedroom and living room.

So please tell me why have you priced the house at 24580 Granada Ct NE so low?
