Are there records of the builders/material suppliers for this house?

My great-great-grandfather, Edward Binz, was a tile-maker in the neighborhood around the time my house was built. It has been suggested that the tile in front of the fireplace in my house was made and installed by him. Is there any way that I can find this information? I think it would be very cool if there is a link between my new home and my family history!

Why is 5722 Greenfield Way in Discover Bay, CA values at only $708K when similar homes are much more

All homes on Greenfield Way were built at the same time in 2000. I don't understand why 5722 is valued so far under similar homes on the block. This home has a custom pool and is on one of the larger lots. Doesn't make sense.

Why such a fluctation in homes near each other, same street and subdivison. Also, 4 bedrooms < 3?
