Is your gross income calculated by last years w2 income or your current income level? Based on last years w2 i would qualify but if they calculate based on your current income i would be over the limit as i was recently put on salary.

5/1ARM (30year) reset calculation

When a 5/1ARM (30 year) gets rest for the first time(61st month), are the new payments calculated on the outstanding balance for remaining 25 years? What would the amortization schedule look like. My details
Original Loan amount 145K
Original interest rate: 4%
1 year LIBOR + margin(2.25)
Current outstanding balance: 116K
Origination date 06/2004
Re-set date 07/2009 (probably off by a month)

What would be my new payment for 61st month?
With the assumption that 1 year LIBOR will stay around 2%, I will let my rate re-set per original terms.
